What we collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time, browser) for security and troubleshooting, kept for up to 30 days.
When you write to us
If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you and keep them as long as needed for that conversation or any resulting agreement.
Where it is stored
Our web server, and the server that receives DocReview problem reports and telemetry, is in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Information stored there is subject to the laws of the United States, and its authorities may be able to access it under those laws.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: privacy@automatos.ca. We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).
