Support
The form that reaches the people who answer support, the address, and what happens to what you send.
Send a message
Anything about DocReview: a question before you install it, a problem you cannot describe from the app, a licence for a larger organisation, a private edition for your documents, or a correction to something on this site. The form reaches the people who answer support at Automatos. You need no account and nothing is installed; the page sets no cookie.
A problem inside DocReview is quicker from the app: Help → Report a problem adds your app version, the model names, the last run log and your settings, each with document text, file names and keys removed, and gives the report a number you can quote back to us.
Or write to an address
support@automatos.ca reaches the same people. Use it when your browser will not send the form, when you want to attach a file, or when writing an e-mail is simply easier. Quote the address in a follow-up so the two messages are matched.
What happens to what you send
| What | Where it goes | For how long |
|---|---|---|
| Your name if you gave one, your e-mail, the topic you chose and the message itself. Nothing else: no cookie, no analytics, no third-party script, and nothing read from your computer. | One file on our own web server (automatos.ca/docreview/api, Phoenix, Arizona, United States), readable by its
administrator, plus a card on Automatos' internal task board that only the people who answer support there can see. It is not sent
on to anyone, never sold, and never used to train a model. |
The stored request is deleted 365 days after it arrives. Ask privacy@automatos.ca to correct or delete it sooner. |
The form says no when it must: an e-mail is required, the message at most 5000 characters, at most five requests an hour from one address. One field that no person is ever shown catches automatic senders; what arrives through it is answered as if it worked and stored as nothing.
